Sustainability is not a new topic for companies. What is new, however, is that sustainable criteria are now being demanded by important stakeholders. Both regulatory and social pressure are increasingly demanding commitment and transparency from companies regarding their contribution to sustainable development. In addition, legislative requirements have become increasingly stringent in recent years. Responsible companies are therefore called upon to adapt their management strategy with regard to sustainable real estate management.
