  • Employee management: appraisal interviews, motivation, goals, defining and delegating tasks.

  • Conducting discussions: giving feedback, convincing others, addressing and resolving conflicts, stakeholder management.
  • Self-management: role clarity, resource management, goals and priorities.
  • Special features of leadership as required by the participants (e.g. leading virtual teams, new work, mental stress in the workplace).
