In this training course, you will build on the knowledge you have already acquired from the WEG basic training course. You will learn how to apply and implement the possibilities of the new condominium law. Day 1 will provide you with in-depth legal knowledge. On the following two days, you will then deal with the details of day-to-day management. Learn everything you need to know about maintenance measures, property management accounting, special allocations and much more. Experienced practitioners will show you how to organize your day-to-day management professionally.

The owners' meeting as opinion-forming, invitation, implementation and follow-up. Involvement of owners in the meeting following a corresponding resolution.

The administrator's duty to ensure public safety as the legal representative of the WEG
