This training is held in German.
The transfer of personal data to third countries is subject to strict legal requirements to ensure data privacy . According to the GDPR, appropriate protective measures must be taken. One common measure is the standard data protection clauses that are agreed between the data exporter and data importer. The ECJ's "Schrems II" ruling has introduced additional requirements, including the performance of a Transfer Impact Assessment (TIA) to assess the level of data protection in the destination country. In this training , you will learn about the requirements arising from case law and the data protection supervisory authority for data transfers to third countries and, in particular, for a TIA. Practical examples will show you how to successfully implement and carry out a TIA in your day-to-day work.
