It is recommended that you have already been confronted with the topic of HSE in your professional environment and have some practical experience in order to be able to transfer theory to practice.
For modules 1 to 3, you can choose to complete the modules either in person or online. Modules 4 to 6 take place online.
Yes, it is a qualification program that is completed in a fixed group of participants. This ensures a profitable exchange of experience between the participants.
The seminars build on each other and are coordinated in terms of content. As this is a class group with a fixed group of participants, the modules can only be attended in the planned order and on the planned dates for each session.
The final module takes place online together with the other participants and consists of a welcome, a presentation by each participant followed by an expert discussion and a final round.
For the final module, you prepare your personal learning journey and present it via Zoom. You are free to choose which medium you use to visualize your learning journey. The presentation is followed by a discussion with the participants and your examiner (duration: approx. 10-15 minutes). In the final module, emphasis is placed on ensuring that you are able to apply the knowledge you have learned in practice.
You will receive your exam result directly on the day of the exam. If you do not pass, you will have the opportunity to rework your documents. The lecturer will discuss this with you individually.
