Methods
Impulse lectures, group work and practical exercises, creative dialog in Employees and team discussions, group coaching and collegial case consultation, self-reflection and inner work, practice transfer.
This workshop is far removed from dry theory and instruction. You analyze your situation in the company, bring your individual questions and specific concerns with you and clarify the framework and options for your leadership and collaboration.
