In our three modules, consisting of Strategic Management, AI Knowledge for Corporate Management and Implementation Power in Change Management, you will acquire professional know-how for your strategic corporate management in times of AI.

1. In the Strategic Management course, you will learn how to develop and consistently implement successful growth strategies and innovative business models for companies.
2. Building on this, in Artificial intelligence as a strategic lever for companies you will develop an understanding of which elements AI should play in your company's strategy and corporate management.
3. In our 3rd module Change Management for Managers, you will learn how to anchor these findings effectively in change processes for employees and managers in terms of collaboration and culture. In addition to existing know-how, you will develop implementation plans and best practices for the long-term implementation of your AI strategies in the company based on your personal needs.

Following your qualification, you will receive a meaningful certificate that documents in detail the expertise you have acquired as a Corporate AI Change Strategist.

Further training in accordance with AI Regulation Art. 4 for the obligation to provide evidence of AI competence.
