In accordance with the provisions of the NIS-2 Directive and the NIS2UmsuCG, managing directors and managers are obliged to complete targeted training in the area of information security. This obligation exists because they can be held personally liable in some cases if security incidents occur. The NIS 2 directive requires managers to play an active role in ensuring sustainable information security. This includes not only the implementation and maintenance of security measures, but also the promotion of a high level of security awareness within the company and the continuous improvement of measures. This training enables managers to understand and implement the complex requirements of information security in order to strengthen their company's resilience against cyber threats.
