Module 2: Recognizing personal anger patterns and preventing anger
Sometimes anger stays with us longer than we would like. In the second module of the seminar, we will look at typical anger patterns that can block us again and again. You will learn to recognize, understand and actively break through these patterns.
Getting to know typical anger patterns: There are patterns that keep us stuck in angry situations. If we know these, we can free ourselves from our anger.
- Focus: Seeing your own position and that of others.
- Measure: Standing up for your own interests.
- Eye level: Why do we judge and condemn?
- Debts: What do we expect from others and from ourselves?
- Self-esteem: How would we like to be seen?

- Practical tips and techniques to avoid trouble in everyday working life
Application to your own occasions of anger
- You learn to identify your own anger patterns and recognize them in your everyday life.
- In practical exercises, you check your own position based on the anger patterns and decide on a new, calm way of dealing with the anger situation.
- Exchange and feedback help you to consolidate your findings and tailor them to your personal life situation.
