Methods
The two-day training combines theory and practice in a unique way:
Day 1: Leadership training with a focus on the special requirements of leadership in aviation.
Day 2: Practice in the Airbus A320/Boeing 737 flight simulator: realistic scenarios, optimization of leadership skills.
Optional transfer coaching: Subsequent coaching sessions for reflection and consolidation for a sustainable transfer into management practice (can be booked as an option).
An experienced coach and pilot adapts the flight scenarios individually to your professional challenges (e.g. decisions in unforeseen situations, conflict management, closed-loop communication, use of checklists, leadership in VUCA/BANI environments). The simulations offer a dynamic environment in which leadership behavior is visible and directly reflected upon. This allows you to strengthen your potential, expand your skills and deepen your leadership knowledge. Continuous feedback, individual coaching and group discussions provide optimal support for the transfer to everyday management.
