Methods
The two-day training combines theory and practice in a unique way:
Day 1: Leadership training with a focus on the special requirements of leadership in aviation.
Day 2: Practice in the Airbus A320 flight simulator: realistic scenarios, optimization of leadership skills.
Coaching: Follow-up session for reflection and consolidation for a sustainable transfer into leadership practice.
An experienced coach and pilot adapts the flight scenarios individually to your professional challenges (e.g. decisions in unforeseen situations, conflict management, closed-loop communication, use of checklists, leadership in VUKA/BANI environments). The simulations offer a dynamic environment in which leadership behavior is visible and directly reflected upon. This allows you to strengthen your potential, expand your skills and deepen your leadership knowledge. Continuous feedback, individual coaching and group discussions provide optimum support for the transfer to day-to-day management.
