Methods
Theory inputs, work on the body-oriented level, exercises, work with "life map", self-reflection, feedback, work in small groups, dialogs.
The training is based on the Pesso-Boyden-System-Psychomotor-Method (PBSP®). PBSP® was developed in the 1960s and has established itself internationally in various countries. In a body-oriented approach, unconscious behavioral patterns can be recognized, developed in a success-oriented and immediate way.
