This leadership seminar with elements of martial arts and self-defense offers a unique and varied combination of physical and mental training that will benefit you as a leader in various areas. Get involved in an extraordinary, unique leadership training course. Through practical trainer input, reflections and exercises in groups and plenary sessions, you will experience leadership in the truest sense of the word and use the subsequent reflection and direct feedback for the personal development of your leadership qualities. In a familiar setting of managers and experienced trainer , you will train in a practical way and at eye level to give your leadership strength more space.
No physical requirements are necessary to participate and there is no risk of injury. To perform the exercises, it is necessary to touch each other (e.g. clasping the wrist, touching the shoulder). All exercises are voluntary.
When planning your trip, please bear in mind that on the first evening there will be a group dinner (included in the price) and that you should keep this evening free if possible.
