The Corporate Sustainability Reporting Directive (CSRD) stipulates that companies must disclose the environmental and social impact of their business activities as well as the way in which the company is managed. To prepare this declaration, companies also need information and data from human resources management (HR). This e-learning teaches the basics of CSRD and shows why it is important for HR to work together with other departments on a sustainable business system.
