Operational conflicts are like sand in the gears. In order to ensure that operations run smoothly, it is important to realize that conflicts inevitably arise due to conflicting views, interests or similar between at least two parties. Difficult situations, up to and including a rift, can often be prevented in advance. The realization that conflicts also serve further development motivates you to tackle them consciously. The training provides you with the background information and necessary knowledge for out-of-court dispute resolution and creates the basis for goal-oriented cooperation at all company levels. The second part of the seminar focuses on the mediation process and presents it as an option for out-of-court settlements.
