Education: certified trainer

The concept

This practice-oriented training program teaches you the key skills you need to professionally train AI content. You will deepen your understanding of current AI technologies, gain insights into working with LLMs, tools, and automation, and develop your own profile astrainer clear positioning in the continuing education market. This will allow you to expand your training portfolio to include a highly relevant field of the future and become a competent contact person for AI topics in education and business.

Module 1

Introduction to AI, LLMs & Prompting

• Introduction to AI & AI basics: terms, history, how it works, evolution, current studies, forecasts.
• LLMs compared: areas of application, advantages and disadvantages, GDPR-compliant platforms.
• Professional prompting: methods, best practices, prompt formulas and performance boosters, prompt helpers, advanced techniques, building a prompt library.

Legal basis & AI assistants

• Legally compliant and ethical use of AI: EU AI Act / AI Regulation, copyright, GDPR, bias, carbon footprint, checklists & frameworks.
• AI assistants: from prompt to first assistant, different types of AI assistants; differentiation from chatbots & agents, voice bots & streaming avatars.

Images and videos with AI

• Image creation with AI: How it works, tools, consistent image perception, consistent characters and objects, photo clones, legal aspects.
• Video creation with AI: Tools, prompting, and workflows for video creation, best practices.

Module 2
Best of AI Tools

• Overview of the current tool landscape (e.g., for emails, meetings, podcast or music creation, knowledge management, and much more); selection criteria for AI tools.
• Use case evaluation: Identification and evaluation of your own AI use cases and tips for supporting future participants in identifying individual use cases, taking into account company guidelines and compliance requirements.

Automation and AI agents

• Automation and AI agents: Introduction with explanations of terms, comparison of automation tools, creation of initial automations with and without AI, creation of initial AI agents.

Copilot & other tools for trainers

• Microsoft Copilot: License models compared, Copilot Chat, integration with Microsoft 365, special features of Copilot, and potential fortrainers.
• Positioning astrainer: USP and corporate design with AI support, AI as co-trainer & co-designer.
• Wrap-up: Review of exam-relevant content, feedback, and closing session.

Technical requirements

For the practical part of the training, you will need access to an LLM with the ability to create your own AI assistants (e.g., Microsoft Copilot Pro, ChatGPT Plus or Team, Langdock Business or 7-day trial, Gemini Pro).

In addition, other third-party tools from the fields of automation, image and video creation, audio, text, and knowledge management will be introduced and used during the course of the training. Many of these tools offer free basic or trial versions, but optional license fees may apply for advanced features or more extensive use.
