Rights and duties of the Staff Council

This training is held in German.
In your day-to-day work, you are exposed to a wide variety of demands from staff representatives and have to constantly reassess the scope and limits of their powers under staff representation law: What is the staff council allowed to do and what is it not allowed to do? This training will give you an overview of the structure, rights and obligations of the staff council. In addition to knowledge transfer, you will gain an insight into the possible lines of action of the department. The particularities of each country will be taken into account.
