Provisions I
Recognition and measurement
This training is held in German.
Uncertain liabilities and impending losses must be recognized in the balance sheet by creating provisions. The new German Commercial Code (HGB), new statements by the Institute of Public Auditors in Germany (Institut der Wirtschaftsprüfer) and current case law have resulted in far-reaching changes to the recognition and measurement of provisions. In this training , you will find out for which circumstances provisions are to be recognized under commercial and tax law and how they are to be valued. Current practical cases show the applicable new regulations of the IDW and BFH case law.
