Forensic interview training – business meets criminal investigation

In forensic interview training, the requirements for conducting interviews are presented first.

• Principles of interviewing people in the company.
• Legal basis for conducting interviews as part of internal investigations; labor law considerations.
• Questioning methods and techniques.
• Statement analysis to assess credibility and trustworthiness.

After that, the attendees prepare attendees interview a victim and conduct it in pairs. The other attendees the interviews and note any notable observations. Each team is given a new scenario for the exercise.

The attendees to question a suspect and conduct it in pairs. The other attendees the interrogations and note down any unusual behavior.
