Methods
The training is based on a balanced mix of presentation and discussion of the key legal/technical principles and exercises/role simulations. On day 1 of the training, you will learn from an experienced compliance expert which legal framework conditions need to be observed. On day 2, you will learn from an experienced practitioner from the criminal investigation department how to plan internal investigations and how to conduct interviews correctly. Specific exercises will be carried out using practical examples. Reflection and feedback in small groups as well as in the plenary session will ensure a lasting learning effect.
