Compulsory module 1: 2 days in person or live online

Designing and setting up legally compliant compliance management

• Introduction to compliance management: "Doing the right thing right as a compliance officer."
• Analysis of companies, environment, etc., and derivation of the corporate framework and legal requirements for the CMS.
• Why compliance? The key national and international regulations and requirements of supervisory authorities.
•  The essential components of an appropriate CMS, structures, interaction with other management systems in the company (risk, QA, etc.).
• Compliance organization, whistleblower procedures.
• Create a culture of compliance and awareness.

Compulsory module 2: 2 days in person or live online

Successful implementation of compliance management

• Core areas of the compliance management system (CMS), compliance-specific processes.
• Corruption prevention and competition law, grants, donations, sponsorship.
• Business Partner Integrity Management.
• IT support for implementing a CMS: possibilities and usefulness.
• Handling compliance inquiries and incidents, conduct in the event of regulatory measures.
• Integration of the necessary compliance measures into the company's business processes, with a focus on compliance in sales and purchasing.

Compulsory module 3: 1 day in person or live online

Optimize, audit and certify compliance management

• Monitoring, analysis, and evaluation of the compliance management system (CMS).
• Documentation of the CMS.
• Compliance reporting and effectiveness monitoring.
• Feedback and PDCA cycle.
• Audit, review, and preparation for certification of the compliance management system.
• Certification and implementation of the compliance management system.

Individual transfer coaching
During the transfer phase between the three compulsory modules, each participant receives free, individual 1:1 transfer coaching (1 hour). Participants arrange the phone or online coaching individually with the trainer of the compulsory module.

Optional module: training a training (2 days)

• Design and delivery of compliance training ( 2 days in person or live online)
• Successful compliance communication (2 days in person or live online)
• Internal investigations in cases of compliance violations (2 days in person)

Lessons Learned

After the training, you will receive a summary of the exam-relevant content via your learning environment in preparation for your final exam.

E-exam: certified Officer / Compliance Manager (50 min.)
