A whistleblower system is an essential component of a compliance management system (CMS) and one of the most important early warning systems in risk management. Since the Whistleblower Protection Act came into force, the introduction of an internal reporting office has been mandatory for companies with 50 or more employees! In this practical training course, you will learn how to better protect your company by setting up an effective whistleblower system that helps to identify and rectify compliance violations at an early stage. You will learn what you need to professionally process incoming reports, how to set up and professionally operate an internal reporting office in your company as an expert in whistleblower protection and how to be successful right from the start. The content of the training serves to provide specialist knowledge in accordance with Section 15 (2) HinSchG.

Fit for the internal reporting office in accordance with the Whistleblower Protection Act

Introduction to the Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG).
Establishment and organization of internal reporting offices.
Implementation of the confidentiality requirement.
Case handling in theory and practice.
Communication and awareness raising.

Lessons Learned

E-exam: certified Expert for Whistleblower Protection (30 min.)

With this practical continuing education program, "certified Expert for Whistleblower Protection," you will lay the foundation for your successful career as a whistleblower protection officer. You will acquire a wide range of technical and methodological skills and decide for yourself which additional compliance skills you would like to strengthen through the elective module, your communication and methodological skills, your compliance communication, or your AI skills as a compliance manager. After completing this training program, you will be able to master your challenges and better achieve your goals.

You can decide for yourself when and where you want to take the individual compulsory modules and the elective module. We recommend that you complete the modules in the order listed within approximately 1 to 2 years and then take the final written exam. Compulsory modules and the elective module can be waived if you can provide proof of relevant qualifications.

Examination requirement

Prerequisite is the completion of two compulsory seminars and one elective module.

Form of examination

After the training, the attendees take the written final exam for the "certified Compliance Expert for Whistleblower Protection" training course. To save you travel costs and time, you can take the e-exam on your computer at work or at home.

The contents of the two compulsory modules are tested in written form (time required: approx. 30 minutes).
