Wir zeigen Ihnen auf, wie Sie Konsum am Arbeitsplatz ansprechen können und sich angemessen, empathisch und sensibel gegenüber Betroffenen verhalten. Grundlagen zu den Themen Konsum und Suchterkrankungen 

  • Unterschiedliche Arten von Sucht, z.B. Alkohol- und Cannabisabhängigkeit, Magersucht.  
  • Modell zur Entstehung von Sucht. 
  • Definitionen, Zahlen, Daten, Fakten. 
  • Kostenaspekte für Volkswirtschaft und die Unternehmen. 
  • Unterscheidung: Konsum, Missbrauch und Sucht. 

Handlungsoptionen und Gesprächsführung  

  • Umgang mit betroffenen Mitarbeiter:innen und deren Kolleg:innen. 
  • Rolle der Führungskraft im Umgang mit Betroffenen. 
  • Möglichkeiten der Hilfe, insbesondere der Ansprache von Betroffenen. 
  • Tipps zum Umgang mit Betroffenen, insbesondere Gesprächsführung. 
  • Weiterführende Hilfen und das Suchthilfesystem. 

Rahmenbedingungen und rechtliche Aspekte  

  • Suchtprävention als Baustein des Betrieblichen Gesundheitsmanagements (BGM).

Das Webinar kann als mögliche Vertiefung im Rahmen des Lehrgangs zum:zur Psychologischen Ersthelfer:in oder bei entsprechendem Vorwissen auch einzeln gebucht werden. Es ist so konzipiert, dass es auf den Inhalten des Seminars „Psychologische Erste Hilfe im Unternehmen“ aufbaut.
