As part of the Certified Payroll Accountant course, you will complete two mandatory seminars and the final training course with e-examination.
The course should be completed within a maximum of one to two years. The sequence of the seminars builds on each other.
As part of the payroll accounting training course, you also have the option of skipping the basic training course if you already have the necessary basic knowledge. A self-test is required for this, which documents the specialist know-how taught in the basic training course. In this case, you can go straight on to the advanced seminar. Participation in the advanced seminar and the knowledge imparted there are required in order to attend the final training course.
In the final training course, you will be prepared for the e-exam that follows immediately. You will repeat the topics that you already know from the advanced seminar.
IMPORTANT: If you are taking the 3-hour e-exam as part of a face-to-face final training course, please bring an internet-enabled laptop/notebook with you.

Final examination
Examination requirement
The prerequisite for participation in the final training course with E-test is participation in the basic training course and the advanced seminar. The basic training course can be skipped (self-test required) if proof of appropriate knowledge is provided. Participation in the final training course with e-examination is also possible after completion of the Payroll Accounting distance learning course.
Form of examination
The 3-hour E-test takes place in the afternoon of the second day of the final training. The assessment is based on the 100-point system. At least 50 points are required to pass. If you pass, you will receive the "Certified Payroll Accountant" certificate.
Exam contents
In the written exam, you will solve practical tasks and knowledge questions from the basic training and the advanced seminar. In the final training course, which immediately precedes the exam, you will be prepared for the e-exam using relevant examples and exercises. Here you will intensively repeat and practise exam-relevant topics.
For attendees the distance learning course: The employment law lesson is not relevant to the exam.
