Six Sigma Green Belt certificate
After completing the qualification program
The concept
Over a total of 8 days (4 + 4), all the methods and tools that a Six Sigma Green Belt needs to successfully manage improvement projects are taught in an intensive, practical format.
After completing the program, you will demonstrate your knowledge in a 60-minute written exam. If you pass, you will immediately receive your certificate of participation.
You will then have a maximum of 6 months to implement your own certification project in your company using the DMAIC method. You will receive virtual support through selective 1:1 coaching sessions with one of the program's experts. Through your own DMAIC project, you will apply your acquired knowledge directly in practice and demonstrate that you have mastered the tools and methods of Six Sigma.
At the end, you will receive the internationally recognized Six Sigma Green Belt certificate. With this certificate, you are ideally prepared to drive process optimization in your company and create real added value.
Prerequisites
The prerequisites for certification are participation in the complete qualification program, successful completion of a written examination (optional on the last day of the qualification program) and a successfully completed and documented improvement project using the DMAIC method.
