Certified health manager course

We recommend attending the modules within a maximum of two years.

This is an "open course", i.e. the seminars include both course participants and individuals who only attend one of the seminars, for example. This ensures maximum flexibility so that every can decide for themselves whether to attend the entire course or just individual seminars.

The seminars build on each other and are coordinated in terms of content. While the first compulsory seminar provides basic knowledge on occupational health management (BGM), the compulsory webinar (risk assessment of mental stress) provides more in-depth content, which you complete with the e-exam part I.

In the second compulsory seminar, you will deal with the advanced knowledge of OHM, which builds on the basic course. Therefore, please attend the seminars in the order we suggest.  

Please select one of the elective modules. You can attend this independently of the compulsory modules whenever it suits you.  

It is recommended that you have already been confronted with the topic of OHM in your professional environment and have some practical experience in order to be able to transfer theory to practice. However, no in-depth prior knowledge is required and the course is also recommended for newcomers .

After the compulsory seminar 1 and the compulsory webinar, the first part of the e-examination is completed. This part of the e-exam takes about 45 minutes and is based on the content of the seminars "Basic knowledge of occupational health management" and the webinar "Risk assessment of mental stress - implementing ratio prevention effectively". The exam consists of single or multiple-choice questions. You are free to choose the time of the exam and you can take the exam on your PC. After answering the questions, you will be shown immediately whether you have passed or failed. 

After attending compulsory seminar 2 and the optional webinar, the second part of the e-exam follows. This is similar in structure and procedure to the first e-exam. In terms of content, the focus here is on the training "Advanced knowledge of occupational health management". Once both e-exams have been passed and one of the optional webinars has been attended, the certificate will be delivered digitally.    

If one of the two e-examinations is not passed, it can be repeated for a new examination fee.   

The certificate bears the title "Certified health manager".
