As part of the Certified Expert in Employment Law course, you will complete two seminars, an e-learning course and an exam.

Final examination
Examination requirement
The prerequisite for admission to the e-examination is the completion of both compulsory seminars and the e-learning course "Conflict Management".
Form of examination
The e-exam is an online-based exam on your PC and lasts 60 minutes. You can take the exam in the comfort of your own home at a time of your choosing. The special thing about the exam is that you are shown immediately afterwards whether you have passed. As a graduate of the entire course, you will receive a certificate for documentation purposes.
Exam contents
The e-exam is based on the content of the two training modules "Fundamentals of labor and works constitution law" and "Advanced labor and works constitution law".
