New Work Expert

Specialists and managers from the fields of HR or organizational development; change agents, HR managers, HR developers, new work managers and anyone who wants to accompany and develop their company into the "working world of the future".

Prerequisites for the exam:Students must have completed the required seminar as well as the seven additional seminar days, which are selected individually from the elective seminars. In addition, a management summary (approx. 5–6 pages) on a current or upcoming project from your own company related to the topic of “The Modern Workplace” must be prepared and Haufe Akademie to the Haufe Akademie no later than four weeks before the “Practical Lab: The Modern Workplace.”

Examination form:

Face-to-face or live online exam.

Examination contents:

Webinar: Eightweeks before the practical exam day, a kick-off webinar will be held during which participants will get to know their experts and each other. In addition, the training event schedule will be training event , and the group can exchange initial ideas for the Management Summary as well as further input on this topic. This allows participants to benefit in advance from the network of experts in the modern workplace.  

Learning Support: Betweenthe Webinar and the Practice Lab: The Modern Workplace section features a number of video clips and other content that explore questions and topics related to the modern workplace. These are intended to inspire potential topics and assist in creating the management summary. In addition, attendees can attendees , brainstorm together, and develop initial concepts.

training event Praxis Lab: Modern working world (exam day):

every participant presents the submitted topic from the management summary. The topic is then discussed, questions from the other attendees and the experts are answered and ideas and experiences are exchanged. Of course, participants can also put their own questions to the panel. 

This is followed by networking with each other. This is helpful for starting small initiatives together, exchanging know-how and best practices, which at best help with the implementation of new concepts in your own company and make work easier.

We would like to emphasize here that the "Practice Lab: Modern Workplace" is not a traditional exam setting. Rather, it is an inspiring closing event in which attendees and experts discuss and plan the final assignment and the upcoming implementation steps on an equal footing.
