• Basic project management knowledge (2 days).
• Project management for assistants (2 days).
• Project management for HR managers 2 days).
• Project management for marketing and product management (2 days).
• Project management for distribution and sales 2 days).

Mandatory e-learning courses:

• Risk management in projects/e-learning.
• Stakeholder management in projects/e-learning.
• Control and monitoring of projects/e-learning.

Elective seminar

• Professional presentation and moderation skills for project managers 2 days).
• Agile Project Management - Basics (2 days).
• AI in Project Management - Intensive Course (2 days).
• Managing Projects Successfully (2 days). 
• Conflict Management in Projects - Basics (2 days).
• Self-management and time management in projects (2 days).

E-test

The course comprises two seminars, three e-learning sessions and an e-exam. The course should be completed within two years. The order of the two elective pools is a recommendation and should be adhered to. 

You will receive a certificate from Haufe Akademie, certified by the Mannheim University of Applied Sciences, confirming the skills you have acquired in the individual seminars.
