Learning environment
Your benefit
- You know what the advantages of BPMN 2.0 are - and how to exploit them.
- You will learn about the possibilities of process modeling through the use of BPMN symbols.
- Thanks to BPMN 2.0, you can visualize and optimize workflows and processes.
Methods
Based on keynote speeches and many group/individual exercises, participants learn how BPMN 2.0 works and is used. Participants can contribute their own views and specific questions to the training. In the training itself, the use of the symbols is demonstrated using software.
Recommended for
Employees from all areas of the company - process consultants, process owners, process designers, process managers, specialists who deal with processes in the company.
Participation requirements
The training is expressly not aimed at absolute newcomers to process management. Theoretical knowledge of operational process management (comparable to the content of the Haufe seminar "Recording, analyzing and improving processes") and practical experience are required.

Attendees comments
I particularly liked the structure of the seminar, the fact that the training documents were sent by post in advance (a unique selling point) and the great trainers.
