• Digitization.
• Dealing with difficult tenants / rent defaults.

Module 3: Operating cost accounting (3 hours)

Hardly any other topic harbors as much potential for conflict between tenants and administrators as the utility bill. According to the German Tenants' Association, at least every second utility bill is incorrect. This module was developed to save you from incorrect bills.
