This training is held in German.
As an administrator, you are responsible for the technical management of the assets entrusted to you. administrators are usually not "technicians", but they still have to be able to deal with service providers such as architects, experts, etc. in a professional manner. An experienced practitioner will tell you what you need to do so that you or your organization can ensure efficient technical property management and what technical building knowledge is relevant - viewed in terms of a sensible cost/benefit ratio.

  • Installer/operator responsibility, liability.

  • Approvals, experts and expert opinions for regular inspections.
  • Measurement of consumption values/cost recording; stockpiling fuels: determine final stock at the end of the year.

Building technology: heating, water, air conditioning, ventilation technology

  • including oil and gas heating, district heating, hybrid systems, geothermal heating, air/heat pumps, contracting.
  • Water heating, drinking water regulations, water softening systems.
  • Underground garage ventilation.
  • Air conditioning systems.

Building technology: parking/garage technology, electrics

  • including single/underground garages, stacked parkers, doors/drives, garage regulations.
  • Power backup/control, emergency power generators.

Other technical building aspects: including security technology, waste disposal

  • Security technology.
  • Fire protection.
  • Elevator technology.
  • Waste disposal systems.

Special case: tracking defects in new buildings or after renovations

  • Overview: Procedure for pursuing defects; warranty periods according to VOB/BGB, acceptance of special/common property (responsibilities, legal effect), commissioning of experts, processing notices of defects, final acceptance before expiry of the warranty period.
