E-exam: Certified expert for labor law

The e-exam for the course Geprüfte:r expert für Arbeitsrecht builds on the content of the individual course modules and can only be taken in conjunction with the course.
Individual bookings are only possible if the course seminars have already been completed in advance.

Examination requirements

• The prerequisite for taking the e-examination is attendance of the two compulsory seminars "Fundamentals of employment and works constitution law" and "Advanced employment and works constitution law" as well as the e-learning "Conflict management" and the online module "Temporary employment".
  If the "Distance learning course in employment law" has been completed, the title "Certified expert in employment law" can also be obtained by successfully taking this e-examination.
• The exam can be taken conveniently at the workplace or in the home office in the online learning environment. It must be taken within 6 months of completing the compulsory modules or working through the content of the distance learning course. We recommend taking the exam very close to the end of the compulsory modules/content (topicality requirement).

Form of examination

• The e-exam is an online-based exam on your PC and lasts 60 minutes.
• The exam can be taken in your familiar surroundings at a time of your choosing.
• You will be shown immediately afterwards whether you have passed or failed.

Examination procedure

• The examination consists of knowledge questions and practical tasks on the relevant topics of the compulsory modules in the form of multiple choice.
• You have a total of 60 minutes to complete the task.
• At the end, you will immediately receive information about whether you have passed or failed the test, including the evaluation scale in % of 100.
• If you successfully complete the e-exam and thus the entire course, you will receive your certificate with the title "Certified expert for employment law" within a few working days after the exam.
