More than gross: Attract employees & strengthen employer brands with benefits

Options for optimizing net wages

This training is held in German.
Today, modern remuneration design means much more than just optimizing salaries. In addition to traditional tax- and social security-free benefits, flexible working models, company car arrangements and home office options are becoming increasingly important. This training provides a practical insight into how innovative benefit concepts can be implemented in a legally compliant, transparent and financially attractive manner. You will learn how to check third-party benefits for tax and social security compliance. At the same time, you will learn about the role of works councils in the co-design of such remuneration systems and how they can make competent use of their co-determination rights. The aim is to provide payroll accountants, HR managers, managing directors and works council members with tools to sustainably strengthen employee motivation, employer attractiveness and long-term staff retention. For works council members, this training fulfills the requirements of a necessary further training course in accordance with Section 37 (6) BetrVG.
