The implementation of systemic consensus

  • Establish clarity about the real problem and the desired solution.
  • Plan the decision-making process and recognize the relevant framework conditions.

  • Develop, structure, combine, develop and evaluate proposals.
  • Making resistance visible and developing it into productive inspiration.
