Designing and setting up legally compliant compliance management

Introduction to compliance management: "Doing representative right thing right as a compliance representative ."
Analysis of companies, environment, etc., and derivation of the corporate framework and legal requirements for the CMS.
Why compliance? The key national and international regulations and requirements of supervisory authorities.
The essential components of an appropriate CMS, structures, interaction with other management systems in the company (risk, QA, etc.).
Compliance organization, whistleblower procedures.
Create a culture of compliance and awareness.

Final examination

E-exam: certified Rights Officer (30 min.)

In this practical continuing education course, "certified Rightscertified ," you will learn how to organize and monitor compliance with human rights in your company and how to be successful from the very beginning. You will acquire a wide range of technical and methodological skills. After completing this continuing education course, you will be able to master your challenges and better achieve your goals.

You can decide flexibly when and where you want to take the individual compulsory modules. We recommend completing the modules in the order listed within approximately 1 to 2 years and then taking the final written exam. Compulsory modules can be waived if you can provide proof of relevant qualifications.
