This training is held in German.
The materiality analysis is the basic tool for identifying relevant sustainability topics, setting priorities and defining the reporting framework. In the training , you will learn how to efficiently design the analysis process, meet regulatory requirements and create strategic added value for your company. We will address current developments such as the EU Omnibus Initiative. Using a case study, you will plan and manage the materiality analysis, from the analysis phase to process documentation, and then implement it independently within the company.

- Stakeholder participation, incl. excursus: the AA1000SeS as an important basis for stakeholder participation.
- Integration of current developments and expected clarifications from the omnibus procedure.
