Contents
- On this learning journey, you will be accompanied for about four months to reflect on your socially ecological sustainability projects, initiatives or even ("just") ideas within a group and to look at them more holistically.
- In addition to what you do, it's also about how you do it.
- By looking inwards, you experience the extent to which your current attitude (beliefs, needs, experiences, degenerative or regenerative qualities) restrict you in your actions and train yourself to use your regenerative qualities (your potential) even more.
- Based on your regenerative qualities, you will learn to shape your sustainability initiatives as a cyclical transformation process in order to initiate cultural, social and ecological change in your organization. The Malin Approach (CC) developed by us integrates a variety of proven methods and supports you in continuing the transformation process in your organization independently even after the learning journey.
