Kanban complements the Scrum framework and adds a valuable tool to agile project management. The focus is on value optimization through transparency in the interaction between Scrum and Kanban. Our training provides you with valuable ideas and suggestions on how Kanban principles can be used profitably. You will learn about flow metrics and optimize your work processes. You will be ideally prepared for the optional certification exam for Professional Scrum with Kanban I* (PSK I; according to Scrum.org). The exam is already included in the seminar price.
