This Training in English is held in English.
PRINCE2® (Projects in Controlled Environments) is a process-oriented project management method. This Practitioner seminar builds on the Foundation seminar (web info No. 3729). The individual contents are dealt with in more detail and trained in sequences of exercises. The focus is on adapting PRINCE2® to a project scenario and the targeted preparation of the participants for the two-and-a-half-hour PRINCE2® Practitioner exam. The exam takes place online after the seminar and is included in the price.

- Joint preparation for the exam with practice exams.
PRINCE2® Practitioner Exam
- The two-and-a-half-hour PRINCE2® Practitioner exam takes place online after the seminar.
The handbook “PRINCE2® 7 Managing Successful Projects ” is mandatory for the Practitioner seminar and exam.
The book is not included in the price but will be provided electronically with the PRINCE2® Foundation seminar. If you additionally need a book you can order it electronically (current price: around € 126). You will get further instructions from your trainer in the seminar.

Once you have registered, you will be able to access your online learning platform, including extra materials for consolidating what you have learned.

Recommended for
Project leaders and project team members from companies, associations and public administration bodies who already have or would like to assume project responsibility.
Passing the PRINCE2® Foundation exam (see booking ref. 3729), or, alternatively, proof of passing the Project Management Professional (PMP)® or IPMA Level A-D exam, is a prerequisite for participation.
Final examination
Please note: The PRINCE2® Practitioner exam takes place via the certification institute PeopleCert*. The trainer registers all participants for the exam with PeopleCert prior to the seminar.
