The first part of the seminar will give you an overview of the most successful recruiting tools and channels.

Afterwards, you will work together in the group to determine the main topics that will be covered in greater depth - from best practice to a live check of your activities as an employer. These include, among others:

You present your current e-recruiting and employer branding strategy and the relevant target group. Together in the group, you will analyze the strategy, review it and develop it further. Among other things, you will look at relevant job advertisements and review the selection of suitable online job boards, particularly with regard to target group and budget.

  • Google X-Ray.
  • Addressing your potential candidates.

Social media recruiting on private networks

You evaluate the possibilities of social media recruiting via activities on private networks, such as Instagram and LinkedIn, for your company.
You look at, for example:

  • Instagram and Facebook.
  • LinkedIn.
  • TikTok.
  • Performance recruiting incl. funnels.

AI in everyday recruiting

Learn how artificial intelligence can revolutionize recruiting, especially through the use of ChatGPT:

  • Automated CV analysis: Quick identification of qualified candidates.
  • AI-supported interviews: Efficient initial interviews for aptitude testing.
  • Optimized applicant communication: initial contact and ongoing interaction.
