As part of the "E-Recruiting Expert" course, you will complete six seminar days (three of which are compulsory seminar days + e-learning (compulsory) and three elective seminar days) as well as an exam.
The course should be completed within two years.
We recommend starting the course with the required seminars, as these will provide you with a fundamental understanding of e-recruiting. In the elective seminars, you will build on this knowledge and develop the comprehensive expertise you need to successfully operate as an e-recruiting expert within your company.
You will demonstrate the skills acquired in the individual seminars with a final certificate as an E-Recruiting Expert from Haufe Akademie .
