The “E-Recruiting Expert” course consists of a total of six seminar days and combines solid foundational knowledge with flexible in-depth study: It includes three mandatory seminar days, an e-learning module, three elective seminar days, and a final exam.
Our recommendation: Start with the mandatory seminars in the prescribed order. There, you’ll develop a fundamental understanding of e-recruiting and lay the groundwork for all subsequent content. Building on this foundation, you’ll deepen your knowledge through the e-learning module and the elective seminars, which specifically expand and practically supplement this foundation. This way, you’ll develop the expertise you need, step by step, to successfully act as an E-Recruiting Expert in your company.
Upon successful completion, you’ll receive a certificate as an “E-Recruiting Expert” from the Haufe Akademie.
The entire course should be completed within two years.

In addition, the completed project work must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date.

Preparation: Preparation of project work.
On the day of the exam: Presentation of the project work and discussion of various questions and solutions in plenary.
