  • Candidate experience in recruiting: EVERY contact with applicants counts! (2 days)
  • Personnel marketing in practice. (2 days)
  • Active Sourcing - Legally compliant recruiting on social media. (1 day)
  • Advanced e-recruiting – from active sourcing to performance recruiting. (1 day)
  • AI in recruiting (0.5 days)

Examination

The "E-Recruiting Expert" course consists of six seminar days (including three compulsory seminar days, one e-learning and three optional seminar days) and an examination. We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminars, as these provide a basic understanding of e-recruitment. The elective seminars build on this understanding. In this way, participants develop the relevant expertise to be able to act successfully as an e-recruiting expert in their company. The skills acquired from the individual seminars are documented by the final certificate as an "E-Recruiting Expert" from the Haufe Akademie . The course should be attended and completed within two years.

Exam prerequisite:

The prerequisite for participation in the examination seminar is the completion of all required course components (3 compulsory seminar days, one e-learning, 3 optional seminar days). In addition, the completed project work must be submitted to the Haufe Akademie four weeks before the examination date.

Face-to-face or live online exam.
 

Exam content:
Preparation: Preparation of project work.
On the day of the exam: Presentation of the project work and discussion of various questions and solutions in plenary.
