Workshop
This workshop is held in German.
As a trainer or training officer, you will probably experience many unusual and challenging situations with trainees. Some can be dealt with on an ad hoc basis and do not require any special preparation. For all situations that are perceived as difficult, good preparation is worthwhile. "Ignoring", "avoiding" or "sweeping under the carpet" works in very few cases. Practice dealing with difficult situations confidently here so that you can face them successfully in the future with confidence and composure.
