Workshop
This workshop is held in German.
As a trainer or training officer, you probably experience many unusual and challenging situations with your trainees. Some can be dealt with on an ad hoc basis and do not require any special preparation. Good preparation is worthwhile for all situations that are perceived as difficult. "Ignoring", "avoiding" or "sweeping under the carpet" works in very few cases. This will not help anyone in the long term. Practice dealing with difficult situations confidently so that you can face them successfully in the future with confidence and composure.
