As part of the "Certified Real Estate Projectproject developer" course, you will complete a compulsory seminar and the selected elective seminars (either 1x 2-day training or 2 x 1-day training) as well as an examination.
The course should be completed within two years.
We recommend starting the course with the compulsory seminar, as this will give you a basic understanding of the key aspects of real estate project development. With this knowledge, you can use the other elective seminars to work specifically on your individual issues and skills in order to act successfully as a real estate projectproject developer in your company. The skills you have acquired in the individual seminars are documented by a final certificate as a certified real estate projectproject developer from the Haufe Akademie.

Final examination
Examination requirements
The prerequisite for the final examination is successful participation in the two compulsory seminars. We recommend taking the exam promptly, at the latest two weeks after attending the last seminar.
Form of examination
The e-exam is an online-based exam on your PC/laptop. It takes approx. 60 minutes.
You can access the e-exam via your learning environment.
You can take the e-exam in your familiar environment at a time of your choice.
The special feature of the exam is that you will be shown immediately afterwards whether you have passed the exam.
Once you have passed the e-exam, you will receive a certificate from the Haufe Akademie corresponding to the exam result.
