Methods
This leadership seminar with elements of martial arts and self-defense offers a unique and varied combination of physical and mental training that will benefit you as a leader in various areas. Get involved in an extraordinary, unique leadership training course. Through practical trainer input, reflections and exercises in groups and plenary sessions, you will literally experience leadership in a new way and use the subsequent reflection and direct feedback to further develop your personal leadership skills. In an intimate setting of managers and experienced trainers , you will train in a practical way and at eye level to give your leadership strength more space.
No physical requirements are necessary to participate and there is no risk of injury. When carrying out the exercises, it is necessary to touch each other (e.g. clasping the wrist, touching the shoulder). All exercises are voluntary.
When planning the first evening, please consider a group dinner (included in the price) and keep this evening as free as possible.
