Learning environment
In your online learning environment, you will find useful information, downloads and extra services for this training course once you have registered.
Your benefit
All the topics covered from everyday HR work are explained using case studies. In addition, questions from day-to-day work can be raised and specific solutions suggested by an expert. In addition to explanations of employment law, which show how certain topics must be dealt with, tips are given on how to make processes in day-to-day business more efficient. In addition to the 110-page set of slides, checklists, forms and sample templates are available in the learning environment to facilitate direct implementation in practice.
Of the three areas of law (employment law, income tax law and social security law), the focus is on employment law. Payroll-related topics are only touched upon. Topics relating to the collective agreement for the public sector (TVöD) are not covered.
Content requests and expectations are asked in advance to ensure that the training is tailored to specific needs.
In a consultation hour, which takes place online about 6 weeks after attending the seminar, there is the opportunity to discuss open questions and problems with the lecturer.

Projector presentation, trainer input, case studies from the attendees' practice, discussions, exchange of experiences.
