Communication is the basis for every successful relationship. You cannot "not communicate", according to the famous communication scientist Paul Watzlawick - because communication takes place at all times. This means that non-verbal communication is just as important as the formulation and interpretation of messages - through your personal impact and what you convey unspoken.
Communication training teaches you the most important elements of conversation and communication. This includes classic communication models as well as insights from communication psychology. Which messages really get across? What role do voice, facial expressions and gestures play? What are the worst conversation killers - and how do you deal with attacks and criticism?
