In our communication training courses, you will learn effective techniques with which you can better persuade, lead and motivate other people. Communication is the basis for every successful relationship. You cannot "not communicate", according to the famous communication scientist Paul Watzlawik, because communication takes place at all times. This means that non-verbal communication through personal impact and the things that are not said are just as important as the formulation and interpretation of messages.
Communication training includes teaching the most important elements of conversation and communication. This includes the classic communication models as well as the findings of communication psychology. Which messages really get across? What role do voice, facial expressions and gestures play? What are the worst conversation killers and how do you deal with attacks and criticism? How can you steer conversations in a targeted manner? In a communication training course, the techniques are not only explained in theory, but also practiced with the help of role plays.
Managers in particular benefit from communication training, as good communication plays a key role in achieving goals. Those who can motivate, inspire and guide their employees well are more successful. However, it is precisely at the interface between management and team that problems often arise.
