In our communication training courses, you will learn effective techniques with which you can better persuade, lead and motivate other people. Communication is the basis for every successful relationship. You cannot "not communicate", according to the famous communication scientist Paul Watzlawik, because communication takes place at all times. This means that non-verbal communication through personal impact and the things that are not said are just as important as the formulation and interpretation of messages.

Communication training includes teaching the most important elements of conversation and communication. This includes the classic communication models as well as the findings of communication psychology. Which messages really get across? What role do voice, facial expressions and gestures play? What are the worst conversation killers and how do you deal with attacks and criticism? How can you steer conversations in a targeted manner? In a communication training course, the techniques are not only explained in theory, but also practiced with the help of role plays.

Managers in particular benefit from communication training, as good communication plays a key role in achieving goals. Those who can motivate, inspire and guide their employees well are more successful. However, it is precisely at the interface between management and team that problems often arise. Effective communication training helps to ensure that non-verbal and verbal communication is more open, efficient and goal-oriented - and more fun.

Whether you are a trainee, assistant, manager or executive, whether in controlling, sales or marketing: rhetoric, diplomacy and communication skills are in demand in all industries, departments and professional positions.

Depending on the company and individual area of responsibility, you may have to talk to colleagues, employees, superiors and/or customers in your day-to-day work and convince them of your ideas - sometimes in business meetings or heated internal discussions, sometimes in sensitive negotiations or annual feedback meetings. These completely different discussion situations have one thing in common: conducting discussions requires a great deal of tact in order to assert your own interests or those of the company as effectively as possible in a friendly manner.

It's no surprise that, regardless of the industry, many job advertisements require strong communication skills, along with other soft skills. However, not every employee has the psychological know-how and/or quick-wittedness to communicate confidently in everyday working life. Further training and communication seminars for managers, women and anyone who wants to improve their business communication

You will learn tried-and-tested conversation techniques in our training course "Communication training I: the basics of conducting conversations". This event also includes various communication models, the perfect preparation for a conversation and the final analysis of the conversation. Our renowned trainers explain in detail how conversations work, what the difference is between the factual and relationship levels and how conversation goals are defined in advance.

The course "Communication training II: Expanding conversation skills" then deals intensively with difficult conversation situations such as criticism and customer conversations. If you would like to know more about the specifics of customer communication, you should attend our training "Professional communication with customers - conversation techniques that retain customers". You will learn how to score points with confidence and friendliness, as well as the fine art of saying no.

For department managers and supervisors, we offer the communication seminar "Relationship skills for managers: winning people over, appreciative leadership". Learn how to build positive relationships with employees and colleagues and thereby increase the productivity of your team.

The training "Communication training for women: Speak clearly, act confidently" is aimed at all female specialists and managers. Among other things, it deals with the communicative differences between women and men and how you can take the wind out of the sails of dominant conversation partners.

For internationally active employees, we also offer communication seminars in English. The "Success Through Effective Communication Skills" training course focuses on cultural differences and language barriers when communicating with foreign business partners and customers.
