After booking, your personal trainer will contact you to discuss your focus areas and schedule. An individualized training plan will be created for you. The Individual training sessions take place exclusively live online. They are usually conducted via common platforms such as MS Teams or Zoom. A stable internet connection, a webcam, and, if necessary, a headset are generally sufficient. You can complete your one-to-one training flexibly within three months of booking.
For individual training, you have a total of four hours available as a live online session, which you can use as one continuous session or in two 2-hour appointments, depending on your needs. Extending the individual training is not possible. The sessions can be scheduled flexibly and arranged, for example, early in the morning, late in the afternoon, or in the evening.
Individual training sessions are suitable if you already have some prior knowledge and want to expand it in a targeted way. They are content-focused and ideal for building or deepening your knowledge. This format is also well-suited for participants with limited time who cannot attend multi-day in-person seminars.
The content and dates will be arranged by phone with the trainer after booking. This allows you to get to know the instructor beforehand. However, it is not possible to meet the trainer before booking.
